Bonjour, I’m Cerise Reeves, Founder of The Extraordinary Assistant.
Born and bred in Melbourne, my mother will tell you I flew out with a to do list in my hand. A natural organiser, she would say - and well, I’ve made a 23 year career of it so far, so I guess she was right! I have an equal passion for food and events - so my chosen field fits me like a glove.
My career to date encompasses a broad variety of industries such as FMCG, Retail, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Government, Education, Property Development, Consulting, Logistics, Finance and Agriculture, across both private and public sectors in Australia and Internationally, including Private Assistance and Household Management.
I am a very passionate, highly motivated, organised and accomplished professional who relishes the challenges associated with managing, driving and improving all aspects of personal and business operations.

During the week you will find me juggling a multitude of things in a fast paced, multi time zone environment, where priorities constantly change. I think quick, make sound decisions on the fly and have the experience to execute. Being busy is reality, it’s the world we live in, but it’s how and where we focus our time and energy, that makes all the difference.
In my downtime I make the most of my favourite things: my husband, our urban farm, coffee, food and wine, reading travel, DIY, entertaining and events, and local markets.
